The trip started at 4:00 in the morning from the city of Pereira, where we boarded the vehicle of the tourist agency which we had previously booked. After a few minutes of waiting, we started our journey towards Lake Otún.

Suddenly, we were given a brief introduction to Los Nevados National Natural Park by certified guides who mentioned the importance of taking care of these ecosystems.
